How long will it take for to get my decal?
Each print is made from scratch in our warehouse in the UAE - our attempt to avoid waste - so, please allow up to 4 working days for your order to reach you – and a little longer over public holidays.
Of course if you are in a huge hurry, we will try our best to accommodate you.
How much does postage cost?
LOCAL DELIVERIES
Dubai 20 AED 3-4 days for your delivery.
Other Emirates - 25 AED 3-4 days for your delivery.
INTERNATIONAL DELIVERIES
International shipping is charged at a flat rate of 90 AED for the United Kingdom and 100 AED for the rest of the world via DHL and will take 7-14 working days - Please check this amount in your local currency.
*Please note: Shipping costs are exclusive of any import tax or customs duties which may be payable on delivery and out of our hands.
Little Souls Studio is not responsible for any fees charged by customs once the item reaches your country - Please be advised that it is your responsibility to check this before you order and you will pay for these extra charges.
As we are sending Internationally, our policy is once your order is with the courier & tracking information is provided from our end we do not take responsibility for loss or delivery delays.
COVID 19 - DHL have confirmed they will no longer ask customers to sign handheld units and instead the drivers will sign it on your behalf only with your permission. They will record the consignee's name and a 'Delivered on Authority' message. If you have requested for your parcel to be left in a safe place than the loss is not our responsibility and the customer is liable. We do not refund lost parcels.
REFUNDS & EXCHANGE
Can I return the decal?
Sadly, we do not offer refunds - unless the item is faulty. If you are unsure of colours, then we suggest purchasing a colour chart first to be sure.
On the odd chance that the item you have received is unsatisfactory then please contact us immediately on receipt. We will arrange for the item to be return and a replacement decal to be issued.
What is the warranty?
All our items are individually packed and have been thoroughly inspected before leaving our warehouse - however should you find any fault, please contact us straight away.
Things not covered by warranty.
· Regular wear and tear
· Damage arising from application or use
· Damage, wear and tear as a result of improper or lack of maintenance and/or care
· Damage to external or product packaging only
· Insignificant minor variations in dimensions, colour or finish
· Application instructions have not been followed correctly - causing damage.
